How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within [X–Y working days] after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your delivery method, we’ll email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Each product is made to order, so we’re unfortunately unable to change or cancel an order once it’s been placed. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions in our returns policy. Contact us with your order number to get started. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll help put it right.

Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship to the UK only. Available destinations and delivery costs are shown at checkout.
